John knows his entire payment goes to pay his daughter's rent. So comes January-2008 and guess what . . .

Nothing paid in the month of January-2008.


His excuses,
* I will talk to Melissa about it
* The payment has already been sent
* It is LA County who is not posting payments [yeah right - they can only post money when you send it]

John Bochu continues to be a dead beat

Although his only daughter is over 18-years old, John Bochu still owes for child support as she is now attending college.


Because John Bochu did not keep his child support payments up-to-date while she was growing up, we told John his child support payments [if he decides to send one] are given in their entirety to our daughter for her monthly college rental payment.


One would tend to think being her parent, he would be proud of his child attending college and would make sure his payments reached the Los Angeles processing center with plenty of time to spare for the payment to reach me for rent submittal. However, guess again.


Rather than mailing out the payment within the first 10-days of the month, John waits until the last week of the month. Just another game to play ... with his daughter's education on the line.

Dead Beat Father John Bochu

As of Dec-25-2007, John Bochu aka "JB Bochu" owes $44,004.26 in child support for his only daughter.

This amount will be increased as this figure does not include his past due support for medical expenses nor the 2% yearly increase which started Jan-1999 on $437/month.

John lives in Green Rivers, KY near Paducah with his wife Melissa Temple Mahoe, her mother and her two children. Unfortunately his wife has been the major thorn in what was a very good relationship between divorced parents.

John is an Independent Owner Operator truck driver. He "leases" his truck / services to Swift Transportation of Phoenix, AZ where he drives about 120,000 miles a year; making more than $1.25 per mile.

Not to have his paycheck garnished, the business was put into his wife's name.
